Lab Grown Diamonds
                            Jewellery means the jewellery that is predesigned, or jewellery set with
                            gold/silver/platinum and lab grown diamonds that are available for sale on our website/
                            retail stores. Please note that all Jewellery is sold on “as is” basis.
                            Mounts are defined as designs that hold a diamond(s) in place, which may or may not
                            have diamonds. Members can select Mounts and diamonds separately to create customized
                            Jewellery. 
                            Loose Diamonds are individual diamonds that can be bought without being set on
                            Mounts.
                            Company means Sennes Fashion Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act,
                            1956
                            and having its registered office at Diamond Prestige 10th Floor, 41A AJC Bose Road, Kolkata
                            700 017. 
                            Brand means ‘SENNES’ and all other brands and sub-brands, trade or service marks or
                            names logos and designs and any other intellectual property rights, registered or
                            unregistered.
                        
                            • Prices are rounded off to the nearest Indian rupee.
                            • For any further support related to invoice or any further information, customer may
                            request company representative in writing or email at customerfeeedback@sennes.in 
                            • For purchase or payment/ exchange on a single day for (Rupees Two Lacs) Rs. 2 Lacs and
                            above, the customer would be required to share a copy of their PAN card with
                            self-attestation. 
                            • Company reserves the right to modify, alter any term and condition as per the discretion
                            of the company and/or pursuant to any change in the prevailing rules of Government of India.
                        
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags intact.
Return Process:
- Initiate Return:
- To initiate a return, please write an email to our customer care team at customerfeeedback@sennes.in customerfeeedback@sennes.in.
- Your email should include your order ID and the reason for the return.
- Product Pickup:
- Once your return request is processed, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location.
- Inspection and Refund:
- After we receive the returned product at our facility, it will be inspected for any damages or signs of mishandling.
- Upon successful inspection, we will initiate your refund within 15 business days.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Note:
- Refunds are only issued for products that are returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Any products that show signs of use, damage, or missing tags may not qualify for a refund.

Before Shipment:
- Upon receiving your cancellation request before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order from our end.
- A refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 10-15 business days.
After Shipment:
- If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please do not accept the delivery when it arrives.
- Reject the acceptance of the product at the time of delivery.
- Once we receive the returned product at our facility, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment source within 10-15 business days from the time we receive the product.
Your order will be shipped with full insurance coverage. We encourage all customers to carefully inspect their package for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting it or signing for receipt.
All orders are fully insured until they reach you.
All returns are fully insured until they are received back at our facility.
All jewellery sold by the Company is hallmarked and certified as per applicable rules. The charges for the same are included in the hallmarking charges component of the jewellery as shown in the invoice. Customers can get the purity of the hallmarked jewellery verified from any of the BIS recognized Assaying & Hallmarking centres. The list of BIS recognized Assaying and Hallmarking centres along with address and contact details is available on the website: www.bis.gov.in
If any part of this T&C is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from the remainder of this T&C, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The company reserves right to modify, alter, any terms and condition as per the discretion of the company and prevailing rules of the government.
This terms and conditions shall be governed by the Law of India and All disputes, with respect to the products and services offered in this connection, are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.

We believe in customer satisfaction. The customer shall be entitled to avail free repairs or fitting replacements up to six months since the date of invoice. After six months, all such repairs and fitting replacements will be chargeable. For availing such repairs and fitting replacements, the customer must bring along the original invoice.
If any part of this T&C is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from the remainder of this T&C, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

E-Gift Card
E-Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
- Place the gift card at the
                                time of purchase at any of the Sennes Stores, or you can may apply the Gift Card number
                                on the checkout page @ www.sennes.in at the time of payment. If the purchase exceeds the
                                card’s value, the remaining amount must be paid using available payment methods.
                                
 Please note: The gift card can be redeemed only after 48 hours from the time of issuance.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards or for any other purpose.
- E-Gift card is valid for use at Sennes stores across India and online @ www.sennes.in. It expires within 305 days from the date of issuance, after which it cannot be redeemed or refunded.
- The extension of the validity period is not possible under any circumstances.
- The E-Gift card’s value may be used toward full or partial purchases. Remaining balances may be used for future purchases within the validity period.

 Please note: The gift card balance can be checked only after 48 hours from the time of issuance.
- Not redeemable for custom orders, repairs, or services.
- Not redeemable at third-party retailers or resale platforms.
- Cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash or credit.
- E-Gift Cards should be treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused cards once delivered.
- E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Purchases made using an E-Gift Card that are returned in accordance with our return policy will not be refunded to the original E-Gift Card.
- We are not responsible for any unauthorised use, technical issue, or inability to access or redeem your card.
- Our maximum liability will not exceed the remaining balance on the E-Gift Card.
- We reserve the right to Block / Cancel a gift card if we suspect it was obtained fraudulently.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
